1-WEEK IRISH CULTURE COURSE

The aims of the course are to:
- Improve your English skills through Irish texts, songs and poetry
- Sample Irish culture
- Experience the Irish landscape
The aims of the course are accomplished by having
- Classes and workshops in the morning
- Excursions in the afternoon
- Cultural/social activities on some evenings
- Accommodation with a Host Family
N.B. This course is for a small number of participants and will therefore cater to individual needs. An Intermediate Level of English is the minimum required.
Fee: 695 Euro
Included in the fee:
· 16 hours of lessons and workshops
· Take-home package of lesson materials
· Full Irish Cultural and Excursion Programme
· Transfers to and from Shannon Airport
· Transportation to all activities
· Accommodation with Host Family – private room
· All meals except one lunch and one dinner

- Entrance Fees and costs for Activities are not included in the fee.

All 1-Week courses are subject to a minimum number of participants. Do not book any flights until the course is sure to take place.

Monday to Friday
Mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.:
English Lessons including 1 Irish Singing workshop
Afternoons:
5 afternoons of Excursions (Holy Island, Bog Walk, Walk through scenic Killaloe, Coole Park & Galway, Clonmacnoise)
Evenings:
1 Evening of Irish Set Dancing
Final Farewell Night at a local pub with Irish Traditional Music
Sunday:
All-Day Excursion to Lahinch, The Cliffs of Moher and The Burren
